Nepal’s  Chairman of the High Level Political Mechanism (Political equivalent of Prime Minister)  Khil Raj Regmi  at Kumari Jatra festival celebrations which coincide with the end of monsoon. The celebrations take place at Dubar Square in Kathmandu with government and international dignitaries in attendance to pay homage to the Kumari, the living goddess.
